Come, Thou Fount of every blessing, tune my heart to sing Thy grace
Streams of mercy, never ceasing call for songs of loudest praise
Teach me some melodious sonnet sung by flaming tongues above
Praise the mount, I'm fixed upon it
Mount of Thy redeeming love
I was lost in utter darkness 'til You came and rescued me
I was bound by all my sin when Your love came and set me free
Now my soul can sing a new song, now my heart has found a home
Now Your grace is always with me
And I'll never be alone
Come, Thou Fount, come, Thou King; Come, Thou precious Prince of Peace
Hear Your bride, to You we sing, come, Thou Fount of our blessing
Come, Thou Fount, come, Thou King; Come, Thou precious Prince of Peace
Hear Your bride, to You we sing, come, Thou Fount of our blessing
O, to grace, how great a debtor daily I'm constrained to be
Let Thy goodness, like a fetter, bind my wandering heart to Thee
Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it, prone to leave the God I love
Here's my heart, Lord, take and seal it
Seal it for Thy courts above
Come, Thou Fount, come, Thou King; Come, Thou precious Prince of Peace
Hear Your bride, to You we sing, come, Thou Fount of our blessing
Come, Thou Fount, come, Thou King; Come, Thou precious Prince of Peace
Hear Your bride, to You we sing, come, Thou Fount of our blessing
Streams of mercy, never ceasing call for songs of loudest praise

All right, so the lyrics are different in some versions, but that's the version we sang. Also, during the sermon when the passage Isaiah 9 was read, I kept getting a song from Handel's Messiah stuck in my head: "For unto us a child is born, unto us, a son is given...." Yeah, I must be in a music mood.
Anyway, did a little homework (just photo, some Spanish, and a little review for Math), watched Angels and Demons (which was a nail-biter that can only be viewed once) then went to Tribe, where we had waffles for dinner and I was the ONLY student there. It was basically me and the four leaders. But it was still good.
Also, at Tribe, there was a very brief mention about a possible mission trip to Kenya. Initially, the Tribe was going to go to Alaska for a mission trip this summer, but as one of the missionaries there is suffering from a serious illness at the moment, I don't think that will happen. Now, it's probably not likely that a Kenya trip will happen soon either, as it was just a casual mention right now, but my mind is already going at 250 miles an hour anyway. I've been wanting to go on a mission trip to anywhere in Africa for a long time. Initially, I was planning on taking my last math class over the summer, but if this mission trip really happens, then I'm considering taking that math class at my four-year-school or summer of 2011 instead....
Well, tomorrow is the start of my LAST WEEK OF CLASSES! Both excited and dreading it, cause it means a lot of work....
Today, as you can probably tell, I want to go to Kenya! Oh, and Rome, too.
From the Realm of Randomness,
Ashley
