Super Bowl 2010

Went to a party with the young adults group. It was fun, but also sad cuz there were a lot of couples there. I'm already upset that Valentine's Day is in one week. Boy, I do not like that holiday.

I'm a little better today, but I'm starting to get a cough, and my chest hurts now when I do cough. Oh well, could be worse.

A Day in the "Exciting" Lifestyle of Me

Woke up still sick, though maybe a TINY bit better. I've gone from the really stuffed up and congested stage to the watery eyes, watery-irritated-still stuffed nose and minor cough stage. I got a couple things from Jewel and went to an ATM. I watched a movie and did HOMEWORK. Enthralling, isn't it? No Urban stories till I'm feeling better. Feel free to be happy, sad, or annoyed.

Oh, and last night, Avatar was AMAZING. Even better second time around, and it's great in 3D IMAX. Not gimmicky at all, totally cool. Even my dad was impressed by it! Seriously, if you have not seen Avatar yet-SEE IT! Try your ABSOLUTE HARDEST to see it in 3D IMAX. It's more expensive, but it's SO worth it.

Spring Semester 2010 Cold: Stuffy Nose Day 1

One of the worst days of a cold. You can't breathe, you don't want to do anything, you're blowing your nose so hard that your nose is chapped. Very attractive imagery, I know. Thank God I don't have classes until Monday and no work until Sunday, that definitely helps. Anyway, I did not sleep AT ALL last night, it sucked. I also watched "Lion King" and practiced piano. And I'm going to see "Avatar" in 3D IMAX. I'm looking forward to it. No idea when I'll get home and crash. So that's why I'm typing this earlier than normal.

It's That Time of Semester Again...

.... The time when you feel like a knife is jabbed into your throat, you can't breathe, and you just feel like crap. Yep, getting a cold. This happens EVERY semester. Thank GOD that I didn't have school today and by the time I do I will hopefully be feeling better. Of course, I have homework, which sucks, but at least it's not school. Chill day today, watched "Julie and Julia" and "Hairspray" and had Noodles.

Well, I'm going to ATTEMPT to go to bed at a decent hour. We'll see if I'm successful.

Celebrity Lookalikes

Well, school was fine. Nothing too exciting. This week a lot of people have been scanning their pictures into a website to see what celebrities they resemble. I apparently resemble Alicia Silverstone the most (though I don't have blond hair and I'm not that thin or anything) a couple males (yeah, shows how accurate the site is) and Kate Winslet (which I can sort of see... I think we have similar builds and facial features to SOME degree). We were entertained by the site. We tried to find a celebrity lookalike for one of our cats, but it didn't work out.

Well, It's Groundhog Day.... Again....: 2010 Edition

Bad news: Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow. Six more weeks of winter. Supposedly. Though Chicago area weathers last longer, in my opinion. Anyway, I should have see the film today, but I didn't.

Anyway, not much, just work and homework. No stories tonight, I have more homework and I need to sleep soon.

A Day of Lots of Yawning

I seriously have been yawning all day. I must be more tired than I thought. So I'm going to sleep. A lot. My day was fine and productive, by the way. Found out 2^10 = 1024. Can't believe it's February. Good night.
