So, I had class. It was interesting. Packed a little and studied a little. I have a Lab quiz tomorrow and a lecture test Thursday. Yuck. Quiz shouldn't be too hard, but I'm worried about the test. Oh well, I'll do my best.

I'm also working today. Should be somewhat less busy than yesterday.

Monday of Busyness

So, I worked 6 hours today. 8:45am-3pm. Because work was closed Saturday and Sunday, today was HECTIC! Really busy, I could barely catch up. The bins and holds were always overflowing, I was running around like crazy and it was just so tiring. Oh well, at least I was productive, the day went by fast, and I get paid. Mom and my brothers (at least the youngest two) went to the Wild West Town while I was at work (I can't for the life of me remember where it is, but they had a good time). We went to Barnes and Noble after I was picked up at work and I bought a magazine and a book. The book was Breaking Dawn (my least favorite book in the overrated Twilight series, but at least it's something new to read). As for the magazine, I normally am NOT a magazine person, but this one was entitled Budget Travel. Two of my favorite words. It had some interesting info. I'm considering subscribing to it for at least a year or two, it looks cool. Then I mostly chilled and now I'm planning on studying for Biology a little bit before going to bed. 9am lecture tomorrow. How fun (yeah right). Hopefully I can do better on the next test, I need it.

Stress on July 5, 2009

So.... Church was good. Tribe was good. Driving was good. I just have a ton of stresses.

One: No one else besides me has shown interest in Urbana. I think money is the biggest issue. Even though you only need five people, it's feeling like an impossible task right now. And getting a group together is mandatory because I can't go to St. Louis by myself. *sigh*

Two: I have a Biology test on Thursday, and while so far I've studied more than I did last time, I still don't feel great about it. I NEED to do well on all the tests!

Three: I work tomorrow for 6 hours and it's going to be HECTIC because work was closed two days in a row. Not going to be fun.

Fourth: Just my general, permanent stress that never seems to go away.

*sigh* Guess I have a lot to pray about....

Happy Fourth of July 2009!

Hi, Happy Independence Day! And Happy Independence from Meat Day! Very weird, I know.... Gotta love random holidays.

So, I didn't do much (surprise, surprise!). Woke up way too late. I got 10 and a half hours of sleep. Played Apples to Apples and Mafia with the fam. Family went to see fireworks. I didn't because of the noise, and ESPECIALLY because of the nauseating, lovesick couples. It always makes me disgusted and, at the same time, it makes me jealous and bitter, because I have always been single and always will be, because no one will ever date me. So I'll never have someone special to share fireworks with. :(

Independence Day Eve 2009

Okay, not much happened today. I worked this morning. Got to drive my car to work and back (again, not solo-can't wait for when I can) and I still love it. Not much else. I am getting so bored this summer, NOT good. I need to change this. Oh well, one week until I leave for a weekend trip to Wisconsin!

So, not much happened today. Went to CLC. It was fine. Watched a movie, Amélie, very good, but had to look away/press mute on some parts. Was bored the rest of the time. And I had some feelings of angst. Not fun.

How Is It Already July???

Summer is going by WAY too fast. I need to do something EXCITING! Class was fine. Not much else today. I need to see more people. But so far this week hasn't been good for keeping in touch with people-a few of the people I have contacted haven't replied yet. :(
